There are several different careers that make it possible for us to launch anything into space, not just astronauts or scientists. Maybe one is right for you!

This is a very broad term used for several titles in the space industry. Regardless of their specialty, scientists whose work focuses on space help to answer questions about our universe. These careers include astronomers,physicists, meterologists and so forth. Salary ranges from 89k - 150k (according to NASA) depending on experience and performance.

These people are very important for the development of the equipment that goes into space. There are many branches of engineering such as, aerospace, electronics, computer software/hardware, and mechanical. Salary ranges from 87k - 140k (according to NASA) depending on experience and performance.

Technicians work with engineers and scientists and contribute to space exploration in a variety of ways. For example, they might help engineers test designs or determine whether climate conditions are suitable for launching a mission. There are many different types such as, aerospace engineering, avionics, and meteorological. They make around 70k (according to NASA) depending on experience and performance.

Media and communications workers describe the collaboration involved in developing new technologies—and help the public to understand the importance of the work. These workers use a variety of media to convey information, but they have the same goal: to explain the science of projects or discoveries in an easy-to-understand format. Occupations include photographers, producers, writers, and publc relation specialists.
